Ron desjarlais is a Cree and ojibwe O'chiese first nations elder. He grew up embedded in his culture on the O'chiese reserve in Alberta, canada. Ron never went to school or learned to read or write english. cree and ojibwe are his first two languages. Ron is a leader of many ceremonies including Sundance, round dance, chicken dance and more. It has been a true honour to have share the teachings and predictions of his ancestors.
